Organization Restructure

A positive coaching seminar for your coaches and parents to reduce the risk of injury, burnout and negative talk. Your coaches will be educated on how to communicate, coach, interact, and engage with a purpose.
Curriculum Development
Whether you’re looking for a clean slate or just a little refresh, I’ll help you craft a curriculum that fits the needs of your gym and your members. If your curriculum is feeling repetitive or bland or your most recent drops suggest the child isn’t progressing or having fun, your curriculum may need some attention. I’ll work with you and your coaches to put a fun and fresh spin on your current curriculum OR completely develop something new and unique to YOU.
Coaching Development
A training to develop your coaches at the recreational and preschool level. This training will focus on all things safety, class management, positive discipline, creativity, and communication.
